Job summary
The Portfolio Group represents a market-leading professional services consultancy seeking an experienced HR / Employment Law Consultant to join their growing team. You will work with business owners across diverse industries, taking the lead on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and dismissals.
You'll provide impartial, commercially aware guidance, produce clear reports, and enjoy real autonomy with nationwide client exposure and opportunities to boost earnings through Complex
Qualifications
- Degree/CIPD qualification in HR, Law or related discipline or strong practical HR/People Management experience.
- Experience conducting or chairing formal HR meetings and handling investigations.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
- Ability to assess evidence, speak with witnesses and make evidence-based decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and dismissals for clients.
- Chair HR meetings and advise business owners on complex employee relations matters.
- Provide mediation and conciliation support and produce clear professional reports.
