Azul is seeking an interim HR Coordinator to support and improve People operations for the EMEA team on a nine-month contract. The role is remote with UK base, starting immediately.

You will work on onboarding, data reporting, HR systems, and policy compliance, delivering employee-centered experiences while collaborating with global HR colleagues.

If you have 2–3 years HR experience, BambooHR, Excel, PowerPoint, and CIPD level 3 or 5, you will fit in.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years HR experience.
• Experience using HRIS such as BambooHR.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver people-centric HR solutions and maintain compliant policies and processes.
• Support HR systems and HR data reporting.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and entitlements.
• Assist with change management and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with global HR teams across time zones.
