Job summary

Berry Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a maternity cover contract. You will provide practical HR support across multiple sites, manage employee relations cases and advise managers on HR matters, while supporting the full employee lifecycle.

You will also contribute to HR projects, policy development and wellbeing initiatives. The role offers hybrid working (2 days from home) and a 40-hour week, with additional training and development opportunities in a supportive
