Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Account Director to join our Housing team in a home-based role. You’ll manage a portfolio of housing clients, build trusted relationships, and deliver bespoke insurance solutions with exceptional service.

You’ll lead client meetings, oversee account managers, and provide strategic advice to help clients manage risks while collaborating with development managers to identify opportunities and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance sector and housing is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
