Job summary

Hitachi Energy UK Limited is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our High Voltage service team. You will execute service work, install and commission equipment, carry out refurbishments, and coordinate parts and resources to meet project targets on customer sites across the UK.

You will lead field assignments under the project manager, ensure safety and quality compliance, and provide feedback for continuous improvement across service offerings.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering background required.
• Experience with High Voltage or power sector installations/maintenance.
• Experience leading a team or subcontractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site service activities from start to finish under the project manager.
• Coordinate parts, materials, and resources to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards on site and report progress.
