Job summary

Bupa is recruiting a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high‑intensity CBT remotely within the UK. You will conduct assessments, provide therapy to clients referred by our insurance arm, and work with clinical leads to ensure safe, evidence‑based care.

Role requires BABCP accreditation, 2+ years post‑qualification experience, and solid IT/EMR skills. The position offers flexible hours, remote work, and comprehensive Bupa benefits.

Qualifications

• Full BABCP accreditation and BABCP-accredited CBT qualification.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience delivering high‑intensity CBT.
• IT proficiency with Microsoft systems and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or brief interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulations to guide care pathways.
• Deliver remote models (telephone/video) per client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa case management and collaborate with Clinical Leads and therapy team.
• Respect sessional limits based on private medical insurance funds.
