Job summary

Bupa UK is recruiting a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP accredited) for a fully remote UK role. The position is permanent, part-time (minimum 3 days/24 hours per week) with a salary of £47,000 per annum plus benefits.

Shifts Monday–Friday 09:00–20:00 with at least one late shift (11:30–20:00). You will provide high-quality 1-2-1 CBT sessions to clients referred by our insurance business, using MS Teams for remote delivery.

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation is required.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited) is required.
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience providing high-intensity CBT.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Part-time role: minimum 3 days per week (24 hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to determine appropriate care pathways.
• Offer telephone or video consultations based on client preference.
• Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes with the Clinical Leads and therapy team.
• Adhere to sessional limits per client’s Private Medical Insurance while pursuing recovery goals.
