Job summary

Integrella is seeking an IT Support Service Analyst to join our growing Global Support and Operations team in London. You will provide L1/L2 technical support across desktop, infrastructure, and enterprise systems for healthcare and enterprise clients, with training and mentoring to grow expertise in integration platforms.

You’ll work standard UK hours with an out-of-hours rota and contribute to incident management, change activities, and client communications to ensure service continuity and

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Experience supporting healthcare (NHS) integration environments such as InterSystems IRIS, Ensemble, Rhapsody, or similar middleware.
• Experience administering endpoint management, MDM, vulnerability management, or endpoint security platforms.
• Experience supporting applications and platforms built on .NET, C#, and ReactJS across multiple client environments.
• Experience working in a 24/7 operational support environment or on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support for clients and internal users across desktop, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities in line with ITIL based SLAs.
• Provide technical support for internal workforce, including Windows/macOS troubleshooting and software installation.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, MDM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Monitor system health, investigate alerts, perform root cause analysis, and maintain service continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement configuration changes.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Support deployment activities and monitoring using tools like Elasticsearch or similar.
