Job summary

Dedalus is seeking a LIMS Implementation Specialist in the UK to help clients deploy and support Laboratory Information Management Systems. You will work closely with Project Managers to follow deployment methodologies, deliverables, and tight timescales while supporting knowledge transfer and issue management to maximise system benefits across healthcare settings.

You will contribute as SME, review designs, and prepare knowledge materials, while configuring and validating training and go-live

Qualifications

• Extensive background in at least one Pathology discipline with LIMS deployment experience.
• Ability to set up and configure healthcare systems and transfer knowledge to high standards.
• Experience handling multiple complex tasks from engagement to go-live.
• Clear communication; ability to explain issues and gain consensus.
• Acts as liaison between clients and Dedalus, advising on scope and benefits.
• Interprets client needs and identifies best practices and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all stages of the deployment project and keep client and teams informed.
• Provide SME input to clients and deployment teams for product questions and changes.
• Review high-level or detailed designs for upcoming product changes.
• Create and update knowledge materials for teams.
• Configure, validate, and support environments for demos, training, and workshops.
• Support client deployment and training environments for go-live activities.
• Assist clients in setting up local deployment environments and foster client leadership.
