Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Manager for the One You Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster contract. The role is home-based with travel to boroughs as required (up to once a week) and a 12-month fixed-term contract ending October 2027.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of team management across multiple offices within Welfare to Work/Wellbeing sector.
• Experience managing a remote delivery team.
• Experience designing and implementing complex operational processes across multiple teams.
• Degree or relevant qualification in psychology, sociology, social care/science.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dynamic, multi-disciplinary Health & Wellbeing team.
• Plan, monitor and deliver performance, quality and cost targets.
• Grow Reed Wellbeing through stakeholder engagement with local bodies and partners.
• Coordinate and manage local supply chain partners to meet contractual standards.
• Drive continuous improvement at team and organisational levels.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Person for services under your remit.
