Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Observation Assessor – Health & Social Care to conduct workplace observations for learners across the South West. This home-based role focuses on assessment activity rather than caseload management, enabling autonomy and focused delivery.

You will travel within the South West, delivering observations and providing high-quality feedback, while collaborating with Performance Development Managers to support learner progression and meet City & Guilds

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Social Care assessment
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across the South West region

Responsabilités

• Conduct workplace observations for Health & Social Care learners up to Level 5
• Travel throughout the South West region completing face-to-face observations
• Work with Performance Development Managers to support learner progression
• Observe learners against apprenticeship standards and occupational competency requirements
• Gather evidence against Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) and produce observation reports
• Deliver constructive developmental feedback
• Maintain compliance with awarding organisation and quality standards
