Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI processor to handle medical record requests with accuracy while safeguarding patient privacy. This role is remote from home, performing front desk support tasks, data entry, and records management in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

You will process requests for patient health information, maintain confidentiality, and use EMR/EHR systems to assemble and transmit records to authorized entities. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Handle ROI requests for medical records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all tasks.
• Provide strong customer service and precise data entry across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient health information requests per policy.
• Answer calls and assist walk-in patients as appropriate.
• Document information across platforms using two monitors and various software.
• Ensure records are complete, properly organized, and accessible to authorized personnel.
