Qualifications

• 2+ years as an M&A Execution Analyst at a top firm or elite boutique.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and precise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (storyline, executive summaries, structure).
• Develop and refine client-ready decks with data-driven exhibits.
• Ensure coherence of horizontal and vertical logic across slides and decks.
