Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth across Western Europe through customer engagement and market development.
• Deliver product training, educational programs, and field-based support for customers and internal teams.
• Lead product launches and commercialization activities to ensure adoption of innovations.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with regional Sales and Marketing teams to execute growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.
