Job summary

ISR Recruitment is supporting an IT consultancy with a confidential UK central government agency to appoint a GxP Service Designer for an initial 6-month contract. Remote working is available, with Outside IR35 status.

The role focuses on mapping end-to-end service journeys, designing user-centred ways of working within a highly governed environment, and collaborating across business, technical and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex transformation, digital or technology programmes.
• Strong visual and written communication to explain complex services.
• Ability to map end-to-end service journeys across business, tech and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and current services with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement across journeys.
• Map end-to-end service journeys across people, processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain service blueprints for a clear end-to-end view.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects and compliance specialists to reflect needs in requirements.
