Job summary

ISR Recruitment supports an IT consultancy to appoint an experienced Service Designer for an initial 6-month contract, working remotely across the UK. The role centers on a GxP e-Archive programme, mapping end-to-end service journeys and designing user-centred ways of working within highly governed environments.

• Experience in complex transformation, digital or technology programmes.
• Strong visual and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex services.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and current services with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Map end-to-end service journeys across people, processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain service blueprints and identify dependencies and risks.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Contribute to workshops, design sessions and project deliverables.
