Job summary

ISR Recruitment is assisting an IT consultancy that supports a UK central government agency to recruit an experienced Service Designer for an initial 6-month contract. The role focuses on a GxP e-Archive programme, mapping end-to-end service journeys and designing user-centred ways of working within a highly governed environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business, technical and compliance teams, conduct user research and stakeholder engagements, and deliver service maps,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in complex transformation, digital or technology programmes.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs, map end-to-end service journeys and design practical, user-centred ways of working.
• Identify pain points, dependencies and improvement opportunities across services.
• Develop and maintain service blueprints for end-to-end service visibility.
• Translate complex processes into clear service journeys, models and recommendations.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects and compliance specialists to reflect needs in requirements and technical discussions.
• Contribute to workshops and playback sessions with stakeholders.
