Job summary

Disturb Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a Google Ads Lead Generation Specialist to drive lead campaigns for SME clients with tight budgets.

You will craft strategies, wireframe landing pages on WordPress, and manage paid search to deliver high-quality leads. You’ll track conversions, report results, and collaborate with a small, ambitious team in a flexible, remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on Google Ads, including PMAX.
• 2+ years of agency-side experience.
• Proven ability to drive high-quality leads with smaller budgets.
• Strong knowledge of the Google Ads platform.
• Experience wiring high-converting landing pages for WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Google Ads lead generation strategies for a range of clients.
• Plan and wireframe high-converting landing pages to support campaign performance.
• Build and manage profitable paid search campaigns, optimizing for strong lead quality on small budgets.
• Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.
• Set up and manage basic CRM systems (e.g. Google Sheets) to track lead conversions.
• Account management: main contact for assigned client accounts, providing insights and performance updates.
• Produce clear performance reports using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
