Responsibilities include guiding group leaders, recommending destinations and venues, handling deposits and payments, and building long-term partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Connect with group leaders to understand trip goals, group size, budget, dates, and must-haves.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, room blocks, transport, meeting spaces, activities, and group excursions.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone with energy and client-first approach.
• Explain group travel details including deposits, payments, cancellations, rooming lists, name changes, and requirements.
• Coordinate room allocations, group rates, contracts, deposits, and final payments; pre-trip communication.
• Handle changes and questions quickly to support leaders from first quote to return home.
• Share insights on destinations, group resorts, team activities, and seasonal opportunities.
