Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. This role blends destination knowledge with a consultative, client-first sales approach, crafting custom trips from inquiry to confirmed reservation.

You will guide clients from initial planning through payments and post-trip follow-ups, using CRM and booking tools. This remote role offers flexible hours, onboarding, and room to grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to guide clients to a decision.
• Strong organisation to manage multiple quotes and bookings with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems (CRMs, booking engines).

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You'll Do

• Fast learner when it comes to new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required — we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence
