Job summary

Elite Escapes is recruiting a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn cruise inquiries into confirmed sailings. You will advise clients on destinations, ships, itineraries and onboard options, and guide them through deposits, payments and itineraries with a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple quotes and bookings.
• Comfort with technology, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' destinations, travel style, budget, dates and group size.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins and add-ons.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sailings via email, chat and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain cruise options, deposits, payment plans, travel protection and port requirements clearly.
• Manage bookings, special requests, changes, payments and upgrades with professionalism.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat sailings and referrals.
