Job summary
EMED Group is seeking a Group Head of Learning & Development, Communications and Partnership Engagement to join the Senior Leadership Team. The role is remote with national travel, reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, and focuses on leading EMED Group's strategy for learning, communications, and social value to support patient care and growth.
You will design leadership development, drive succession planning, and partner with senior leaders to align capability with strategic priorities,
Qualifications
- Leadership experience at senior level within a large organisation.
- Proven ability to design and deliver L&D strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Group Learning & Development strategy aligned with People Strategy.
- Partner with Executive Leaders to identify capability gaps and design solutions.
- Lead leadership and management development programmes and pathways.
- Oversee succession planning and talent development with HR partners.
- Collaborate with clinical, governance and safety teams to ensure compliant learning delivery.
