Job summary

EventWell Ltd. is seeking a part-time freelance Grant Funding Coordinator to help identify and apply for funding that supports our neuroinclusive, wellbeing-focused events across the UK. The role combines research, drafting and administration to expand our social impact.

You will work with the leadership team to track opportunities and prepare 1–2 grant applications per month, with about 4 hours weekly and remote, Outside IR35 arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong research and organisational skills.
• Experience with grant applications or charity fundraising.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Interest in neurodiversity, mental health or social impact.
• Experience working with charities, CICs or social enterprises.
• Lived experience of neurodivergence or mental health challenges welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Research grant opportunities from trusts, foundations and public bodies.
• Identify funding aligned with EventWell’s work in neurodiversity, mental health and community wellbeing.
• Maintain a simple funding opportunity tracker with deadlines and requirements.
• Assist in drafting sections of grant applications.
• Prepare supporting documentation and organisational information.
• Coordinate information required for submissions.
• Track grant deadlines and submission dates.
• Record outcomes and feedback from applications.
• Flag suitable funding opportunities to the EventWell team.
• Support reporting for awarded grants.
