Job summary

Little Flowers Club is seeking a Trusts and Grants Manager to secure funding for its trauma-informed services for children and young people. This brand-new, flexible role oversees trusts, foundations and statutory funding from end to end.

You will work with the CEO to shape an income strategy, write compelling applications, and build long-term funder relationships. Remote, part-time, with 2/3 days per week and pro rata salary.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning five- and six-figure grants from trusts, foundations and/or statutory funders.
• Strong bid writing and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Relationship-building with funders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a trusts and grants pipeline with timely reports.
• Research funders aligned with our services and goals.
• Assess eligibility and guidelines to prioritise opportunities.
• Write compelling applications, proposals and reports.
• Maintain records of applications, outcomes and deadlines.
• Track funding performance against targets.
• Steward funder relationships for long-term support.
• Collaborate to pull impact data and case studies for bids.
