Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support our program’s supply chain and proposal activities across the TO. This position is fully remote in the United States, with some travel to Huntsville, AL, Raleigh, NC, Fairfax VA or DC for onsite meetings.

Knowledge of FAR/CPSR compliance and Deltek Costpoint is preferred. You will report to the Senior Supply Chain Analyst and work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant procurement, tracking RoMs, RIPs, TARs, and CLIN

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain or procurement within a government contracting environment.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPSR, DCAA/DCMA requirements, and TAA compliance.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and related procurement workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills focused on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of supply chain and proposal activities across the TO.
• Prepare and maintain deliverables for RoMs, RIPs, and TARs.
• Participate in discovery meetings with program leads and government stakeholders.
• Implement purchasing processes per TO, CPSR, FAR, and DCAA/DCMA best practices.
• Use internal review processes to obtain approvals through program-approved systems.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Supply Chain Teams to manage licenses and maintenance.
• Assist with accruals, cost projections, internal cost accounting, and invoicing coordination.
• Track and reconcile active/proposed proposals, procurements, and travel against CLIN funding.
• Interface with corporate resources to create purchase requisitions and monitor POs.
• Apply knowledge of FAR and TAA compliance, RFQ processes, and price justification.
