Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a procurement professional to execute routine and non-routine purchases for the Supply Chain team. You will negotiate terms, manage supplier relationships and support bids in a hybrid setup across Glenrothes or Livingston.

Ideal candidates have experience in procurement, cost analysis, and SAP/MRP, with MCIPS or working towards MCIPS. The role emphasises value for money and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Flexible and positive attitude; able to work in a multi-functional team.
• MCIPS or working towards MCIPS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with peers from other disciplines and the Functional SLT.
• Sources, negotiates, awards and documents purchases for materials, services and supplies.
• Performs cost and price analyses and leads negotiations to create value for money.
• Supports early supplier identification and engagement for new business pursuits.
• Supports Supply Chain bid/proposal activities for strategic pursuits.
• Interfaces with internal and supplier cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensures requirements and terms are communicated to suppliers; manages supplier performance.
