Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Program Manager to lead a portfolio of Workday implementation, optimization, and transformation projects for a Global Client in the Energy sector. The role provides program-level leadership, governance, and strategic direction across concurrent Workday initiatives, with close partnership with Payroll.

Location is home-based with travel to client sites worldwide (up to 10%). You will drive outcomes, manage risks, and ensure delivery excellence while collaborating

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex, global Workday implementation and transformation programs.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple concurrent Workday projects and leading PM teams.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and payroll modules.
• Experience with payroll transformation and payroll integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level leadership across multiple Workday projects within a larger client transformation.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications frameworks.
• Manage interdependencies between Workday and Payroll workstreams and align timelines and data migration.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executives, guiding delivery across the program lifecycle.
• Coach and support Project Managers to drive delivery excellence and cross-team collaboration.
