Workday Programme Manager / Workday Program Manager required -As a Workday Program Manager, you will help drive results for a Global Client in the Energy sector by overseeing a portfolio of Workday implementation, optimization, and transformation projects within a broader Client program. The role provides program-level leadership, governance, and strategic direction across multiple concurrent Workday projects, each managed by dedicated Project Managers. Working in close partnership with the Payroll Program Manager, the Workday Program Manager ensures alignment, dependency management, risk mitigation, and integrated delivery across Workday and Payroll workstreams. This role serves as a key client-facing leader who drives program outcomes, promotes collaboration across teams, and ensures delivery excellence throughout the program lifecycle.
