HITACHI ENERGY UK LIMITED invites high-potential graduates to join the STEM Global Power+ Graduate Development Program. This flagship early-career rotational program spans 18 months across three six-month rotations in multiple countries, starting September 2027.

The first rotation is located in Birmingham, UK, with subsequent opportunities abroad depending on the project and availability. You will join as a full-time employee from day one.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related STEM field by September 2027.
• Permanent right to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship not offered for post-graduate visa holders.
• Excellent English communication; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a three-rotation program across different Hitachi Energy business units and functions.
• Collaborate with rotational managers and stakeholders to meet business goals.
• Develop leadership capabilities and broader business acumen through diverse assignments.
• Work on projects in domains like power technology, HVDC, transformers, and grid protection.
