You will resolve daily questions, manage bookings, and work with internal teams to optimize listings and connectivity across our platforms. A Bachelor’s degree and strong English skills are preferred, with remote-friendly work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is essential.
• Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, real‑time support to tour operators via email, chat and phone.
• Resolve operational questions and escalate complex issues when needed.
