Job summary

CPL Life Sciences seeks a Temporary Quality Manager (GCP/GVP) to support a global development quality function in a biotech environment. The role focuses on governance, event oversight, compliance activities and continuous improvement across a global organisation.

The ideal candidate will have strong GCP/GVP experience, quality systems familiarity, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. This temporary position is UK-based with hybrid/remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage quality metrics and trend reporting for continuous improvement.
• Oversee Quality Event portfolio and provide SME input to teams.
• Lead quality data analysis, root cause investigations, and CAPA implementation.
• Manage Quality System Metrics, reporting thresholds and actions.
• Facilitate governance meetings and present QMS performance data.
