Job summary

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Temporary Quality Manager (GCP/GVP) to support a global development quality function within a biotech environment. The role requires expertise in GCP/GVP and a track record in quality governance, event oversight, CAPA, and continuous improvement across a global organisation.

Based in the UK, the role is fully remote with hybrid/remote flexibility, offering exposure to global quality and development functions and a chance to contribute to medicines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Quality Management within pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and/or GVP regulations.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality events, governance and CAPA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Development teams to drive quality improvements and regulatory compliance.
• Manage quality metrics and trend reporting to support continuous improvement.
• Oversee the Quality Event portfolio and provide SME input to the business.
• Lead data analysis, root cause investigations and CAPA development.
• Coordinate QMS governance and support regulatory inspections readiness.
• Promote a strong quality culture across the organisation.
