Job summary

CPL Life Sciences seeks an experienced Temporary Quality Manager (GCP/GVP) to support a global development quality function in a biotech setting. The role covers governance, quality events, CAPA, and continuous improvement across a global organisation.

The candidate will have GCP/GVP expertise, lead Quality System metrics, investigations, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on regulatory readiness and quality culture. Remote/hybrid work within the UK is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharma/biotech or healthcare.
• Solid knowledge of GCP and/or GVP regulations and compliance.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements, standardisation and regulatory compliance with Global Development stakeholders.
• Manage quality metrics and trend reporting to support continuous improvement.
• Oversee the Quality Event portfolio and provide SME support to teams.
