Job summary

Stockport Nub News is seeking a proactive Fundraising Operations Manager to enhance operational infrastructure supporting fundraising campaigns, events, donor engagement, and income processing. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to maximise fundraising performance through robust systems and reporting.

You will oversee budgets, GDPR-compliant data handling, and collaboration across fundraising colleagues and stakeholders, including partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising operations or charity operations.
• Experience with not-for-profit organisations.
• Strong knowledge of fundraising CRM and donor management.
• GDPR and data protection knowledge.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of fundraising activity.
• Manage fundraising systems, CRM, donor databases and reporting tools.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data handling and privacy.
• Analyse performance, KPIs and provide insights.
• Oversee processing and reconciliation of donations and Gift Aid.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and monitoring frameworks.
• Support campaigns, events and donor engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising codes and policies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and CRM providers.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Provide training on systems and procedures.
• Maintain governance and risk management processes.
