Job summary

Felix in London is seeking a Senior Fundraising Operations Manager to lead the Fundraising Operations team during a period of organisational change. You will ensure high standards of supporter service, income processing, compliance and data management, and work closely with Fundraising, Finance, Marketing and Technology to embed efficient processes.

The role focuses on leadership, performance management, and delivering excellent supporter experiences while supporting income growth and risk

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong people management, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational change.
• Understanding of supporter journeys and supporter experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Experience in a charity or fundraising environment.
• Knowledge of fundraising regulation, Gift Aid and data protection principles.
• Experience leading income processing, financial controls or CRM administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Fundraising Operations team.
• Set clear priorities, objectives and workload; ensure resource planning.
• Review and improve fundraising processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee income processing, Gift Aid administration and financial reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulation and data protection policies.
• Collaborate with Fundraising, Finance, Marketing and Technology teams.
• Represent operational requirements in organisational projects and initiatives.
