Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Fundraising Operations Manager to lead and develop the operational backbone of fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement. This role is fully remote, with travel to Manchester four times per month, offering a salary of up to £59,800 DOE and a 37.5-hour work week.

You will ensure compliant, efficient income processing, robust systems and reporting, and strong supporter experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising operations or charity operations.
• Strong donor data management knowledge.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Experience in a Charity or Not-for-Profit organisation is essential.
• Willingness to travel to Manchester Four times monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and monitoring of fundraising activities.
• Manage fundraising systems, CRM platforms, donor databases, and reporting tools.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data handling and reporting.
• Analyze performance, income trends, and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Oversee processing and reconciliation of donations and event income.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance monitoring.
• Support campaigns, events, and donor engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising codes and policies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and CRM providers.
• Identify automation opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Provide training on systems and procedures.
