Job summary

CreateFuture in the UK is seeking a Contractor Operations Coordinator to own day-to-day administration of our contractor workforce, from offer through offboarding. You'll be the main contact for contractors and third-party suppliers, sitting in the Talent team and collaborating with Casting, People, Finance and Delivery.

This hands-on role rewards precision, relationship building and a proactive approach. You’ll manage offers and contracts, onboarding, timesheets, compliance, and supplier

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contractor administration or related roles.
• Experience with contractors, temps or freelancers and contractor lifecycle.
• Knowledge of IR35 and right-to-work checks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue contractor offers, contracts and statements of work.
• Track contract end dates and prompt managers on extensions or roll-offs.
• Keep contractor records accurate and up to date in systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for contractors.
• Collect, chase and approve weekly or monthly timesheets.
• Reconcile timesheets against supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely payments with Finance.
• Run pre-engagement checks including right to work and references.
• Support supplier onboarding and manage third-party relationships.
• Provide reporting on headcount, spend, and compliance.
