Job summary

atomos wealth in Chester is seeking a highly organised Client Administrator to support Financial Planners by managing the administrative foundations of high‑quality financial advice. You will help planners focus on building client relationships while ensuring all client administration runs smoothly and on time.

The role involves keeping client reviews supported by suitability reports, maintaining the CRM, and coordinating annual reviews with timely meeting packs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a Financial Planning administrator role.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Highly organised with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate adviser and client needs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to handle client queries professionally.
• Comfortable working with cloud‑based systems and using technology (including AI tools) to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CRM (Xplan), ensuring all client data is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
• Keep client files organised, regularly updated, and audit‑ready.
• Support Financial Planners with scheduling annual reviews, preparing meeting packs, and managing client segmentation and service levels.
• Build strong relationships with Financial Planners and clients, ensuring all post‑meeting actions are completed within agreed SLAs.
