Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Sales Development Representative fluent in French to join its inside sales team. This remote role targets French-speaking regions, with responsibilities to identify, engage, and qualify leads for Hyland's solutions while collaborating with account managers.

You will conduct discovery calls, nurture prospects in French and English, coordinate with Field Reps, and help expand Hyland's presence across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity for technology and strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated with high energy and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Initiate discovery calls to qualified leads with account manager.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects in French and English.
• Generate new qualified leads via targeted lists and campaigns with Field Reps.
• Participate in trade shows and events, handling lead follow-up.
• Review RFPs and assist drafting documentation; facilitate transition to sales.
• Update internal systems and maximize outreach with tech stack.
