Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a multilingual Medical Information Specialist (French and English) to join our global MI team. You will handle medical and safety inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers via phone, email and web platforms, using approved sources to provide accurate responses.

You will document adverse events and safety concerns, log inquiries, and contribute to process improvements while supporting training for teammates.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or healthcare-related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English (C1) both written and oral.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Use approved product information, scientific literature, and internal data to provide clear, accurate responses.
• Document and report adverse events, product complaints, and other safety concerns per regulatory standards.
• Log all enquiries into internal systems in a clear, timely, and compliant manner.
• Support service quality by performing checks on safety reports and medical enquiries.
• Write high-quality, custom medical responses when needed, based on client-approved resources.
• Provide informal training or mentorship to new team members as you develop in the role.
• Contribute to processes improvements and updates to internal procedures.
• Occasionally participate in after-hours coverage on a rotating basis.
