Job summary

Harbour24 is seeking an experienced freelance Search Marketing Lead to own SEO, AEO and paid search for a premium medical clinic client. This remote UK role starts at 1–2 days per week, with potential to scale across accounts.

You will collaborate with content, UX, design and development specialists and translate strategy into practical, hands-on execution. The engagement begins with a focused two-week strategy and setup phase, followed by ongoing weekly work and performance-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical and content SEO.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads experience with measurable results.
• Experience developing keyword and search-intent strategies.
• Solid knowledge of GA4, Search Console and Ads.
• Experience with conversion tracking and performance reporting.
• Strong local SEO expertise and client-facing communication.
• Ability to work independently in a small multi-client agency.
• Familiarity with AI-led discovery and AI-search readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO, AEO and paid search for the client.
• Develop and execute keyword and search-intent strategies.
• Carry out technical SEO audit with prioritized fixes.
• Conduct local SEO audit including GBP and NAP consistency.
• Set up/ audit Google Ads accounts and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise search performance monthly.
• Provide regular client updates and collaborations with content/UX/dev teams.
