Eskimoz is seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead high-performing campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads for UK and international markets. You’ll own shopping feeds end‑to‑end, optimise ROAS, and translate data into strategic actions for senior stakeholders.

The role supports hands-on optimization, automation, and cross-market collaboration, including remote work options and ongoing learning opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years managing paid media across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Cross-vertical delivery across ecommerce and B2B lead generation.
• Deep experience managing and optimising shopping feeds in Google Merchant Center.
• Proficient in Looker Studio, GA4, and HubSpot for analytics and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage multi-market campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Own end-to-end shopping feeds in Google Merchant Center with labels and feed rules.
• Monitor metrics against targets and provide clear performance updates for strategy leads.
• Run A/B tests on creatives and ad copy to maximise performance.
• Execute advanced audience allocation and keyword strategy for high-intent traffic.
• Analyse post-click performance and advise on landing page optimisation and CRO.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure and integrations.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline account management.
