Job summary

Recruitment Resolution Ltd is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is UK remote, home-based, with flexible hours and a focus on increasing online visibility, demand, and lead quality in a cyber security context.

You will drive SEO, PPC, and AI-driven search strategies, manage paid media campaigns, and deliver cross-channel digital campaigns leveraging HubSpot and analytics to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Strong SEO skills with keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Experience with PPC campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform.
• Comfort with analytics tools to measure performance.

Responsibilities

• SEO, AEO & GEO: Improve search visibility through keyword research, content optimisation, technical SEO and AI-driven search strategies.
• PPC & Paid Media: Manage and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid campaigns to improve conversions and ROI.
• Digital Campaigns: Deliver campaigns across email, website, paid media and content, including webinars and events.
• HubSpot & Website: Build and optimise emails, landing pages, workflows and website content to improve engagement and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using HubSpot, GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools, turning insights into actionable improvements.
