Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Collision Investigator, likely with a UK police force.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as UCPD or City & Guilds in Forensic Collision Investigation.
• Strong analytical and forensic approach to complex road traffic cases.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and interpret evidence from road traffic collisions.
• Provide expert analysis on liability issues for civil claims.
• Interpret evidence from police investigations and liaise with police, CPS and coroners.
• Undertake site inspections of accident locations and secure witness evidence.
• Interact with internal case handlers and external witnesses and insurers.
