Job summary

K9 JETS is seeking a Flight Operations Coordinator to join a small remote team, focusing on pre-flight operations and overnight oversight for departures from the USA and Canada. You will liaise with aircraft operators to prepare manifests and itineraries, and support the Customer Experience team with out-of-hours service.

The role requires proactive coordination, strong IT skills, and the ability to stay composed during delays. Training will be at the Blythe Valley office, Solihull.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation operations, preferably private aviation.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of service at all times.
• Be the overnight point of contact for aircraft operators and maintain relationships.
