Job summary

Flexjet Europe in Farnborough is seeking a Flight Tracking Controller to join our Operations team. You will act as the central link between Crew, Operations, Scheduling, and Owner Services to ensure smooth flight execution and real-time awareness.

You will manage updates, communicate across teams, and support crew logistics with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service excellence in a fast-moving flight programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, customer service, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional telephone manner.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in real-time environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick learner of new systems.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with focus on safety and service.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Act as central communication hub for flight updates across teams.
• Maintain real-time operational awareness of movements, status and schedule changes.
• Coordinate crew travel and accommodation for Day 0 and forward planning.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, readiness and compliance.
• Interpret weather and operational data, escalating risks to leadership.
• Support IROPS management including delays, AOG and diversions.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports for visibility of flight status.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Scheduling and Operations.
