Griffin in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Leader to shape our high-autonomy, fintech-focused culture. You’ll coach engineers who write in functional languages, review architecture, and partner with product teams to ensure tech aligns with real customer problems.

You will hire and develop engineers, maintain strong engineering craft, and help scale as we grow. Remote-first with an optional London office support.

Qualifications

• Strong background leading engineering teams in tech-focused environments.
• Experience with fintech, payments, or banking domains is a plus.
• Comfort collaborating with product teams and operating at startup pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams and shape the technical vision across product areas.
• Review architecture decisions and coach engineers on best practices.
