Job summary

Bolt Insight, a fast-growing B2B SaaS research platform, seeks a seasoned outbound BD leader to own the full pipeline from prospecting to SQL. You will train the team, nurture leads, and drive structured, multi-touch outreach across email and LinkedIn while aligning with Marketing for events and community-building.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in B2B development, hands-on CRM/automation experience, and the credibility to engage senior stakeholders while traveling to key events when needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B business development or sales with a proven pipeline track record.
• Hands-on with outreach automation tools and a CRM such as HubSpot.
• Experience coaching juniors and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline from prospecting to nurture and conversion to SQLs.
• Build and run the outbound engine with multi-touch outreach.
• Identify ICPs, qualify leads and hand over to Sales.
• Nurture non-ready leads until they convert, and keep CRM clean.
• Test messaging, measure what converts, and refine playbooks.
• Collaborate with Marketing to host events and gatherings.
• Lead, coach and onboard junior team members; scale UK/SG operations.
