Job summary

Mary's Meals is seeking a People & Culture Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract to provide high-quality HR advice across a global team. You will manage complex employee relations casework, advise managers on UK employment law, and help implement people policies in a remote-first environment.

You will collaborate with the People & Culture Lead and support recruitment, policy development and wellbeing initiatives across Mary's Meals’ international network.

Qualifications

• Must have proven HR generalist experience with employee relations cases.
• Ability to advise managers on UK employment law and practical application.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering HR projects or handling complex people issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on employee relations cases with fair, values-led outcomes.
• Support development and consistent application of People & Culture policies aligned with UK law.
• Champion wellbeing and remote-first people management practices.
• Contribute to People & Culture projects, performance processes and HR training.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activity with Head of Recruitment and hiring managers.
• Provide People & Culture guidance across Mary’s Meals and global network.
