Mary's Meals seeks a People & Culture Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract to provide high-quality HR advice across our global team. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you will handle complex employee relations and help deliver consistent employee experiences in a remote-first, international environment.

You will support policies, processes and frameworks, contribute to HR projects and recruitment activities, and partner with managers to ensure sound judgement and respectful,

Qualifications

• Proven HR generalist with extensive employee relations experience.
• Confident advise on UK employment law with practical application.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering HR projects from start to finish.

Responsabilités

• Manage and advise on a range of employee relations cases with values-led outcomes.
• Develop and apply People & Culture policies consistent with UK law.
• Champion wellbeing and remote-first people management.
• Contribute to HR projects, performance processes and reporting.
• Support end-to-end recruitment in partnership with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance across the global Mary’s Meals network.
